How much is your shipping cost and what is the transit time?
Standard Shipping (3-9 business days from ship date):
Over $150 CAD order: Free
Under $150 CAD order: $7 CAD
Express Shipping (1-3 business days from ship date):
All orders: $20 CAD
Standard Shipping (4-8 Business days from ship date):
Over $150 CAD order: Free
Under $150 USD order: $20 CAD
Express Shipping (2-5 Business days from ship date):
All orders: $40 CAD
Europe and United Kingdom:
Express Shipping (4-10 Business days from ship date):
All orders: $34 USD ($45 CAD)
Australia, Asia & Other:
Express Shipping (6-10 Business days from ship date):
All orders: $50 CAD
Note 1: If your order is being shipped outside of Canada, we are not responsible for any import duties, taxes or custom fees which may apply to the recipient’s country. The shipping carrier will collect these additional charges from the recipient at the time of delivery.
Note 2: The transit times are estimations provided by the shipping couriers. These times may vary during special periods of the year (E.g. Holidays).
How can I track my order?
All orders that we process and ship out will contain a tracking number. Your tracking number will be found in your shipment confirmation email. The shipment confirmation email will be sent out to you as soon as your shipping label is generated.
Returns within Canada
You will find a Canada Post pre-paid return label in your order that is to be fixed to the top of the box when returning an item by mail. You must include the invoice in the return package; otherwise we will not be able to identify your return.
All items must be returned in the condition that they were given. Returns must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and hang tags must not have been removed. Any damaged or dirty items will not be refunded. Maison Coterie reserves the right to refuse a return that does not meet the criteria above. Initial shipping and handlings costs are non-refundable.
To return your item, drop off your package with Canada Post. Drop off locations include any Canada Post Office or any Canada Post Collection Box.
At Maison Coterie, we take pride in the quality of our garments. If you are not satisfied with the product, the return is on us.
What is the deadline to return an item?
If you are not satisfied with an item, return it in its original state within 14 days of receiving it.
What do I do if the item purchased is defective?
If your item is defective please forward a picture of the defective item to firstname.lastname@example.org along with your name and order number. One of our customer service representatives will contact you with further instructions.
What is the Exchange Policy on regular orders purchased online?
At this time, exchanges by mail are not available due to our limited inventory. Please return the item and place a new order.
How long will it take for my return to be processed?
We look to process all returns within 3-5 business days of receiving the return. The return will be made to the initial payment method.
