1) How much does shipping cost?
Free Shipping on orders over $100 when you sign in.
You have 14 days from the date your order is shipped to request a prepaid return shipping label.
To start an online return, generate a label on our Return Portal to start the process.

2) What is your return policy?
Returns on Regular Priced Merchandise
Orders online can be returned by mail or in store. To receive a full refund, a return must be made within 14 days of the shipping date. If that date has passed, we offer store credit within 30 days of the shipping date.
Returns on Sale Merchandise
All sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
3) How do discounts and promotions work?
Discounts in the form of price reduction of an item can be seen on the product itself. For example, if an item is 10% off, that will be recognizable right away. Discounts when buying a bundle of products, is applied at checkout. For example, if there is a buy one, get one free promotion, that will be visible during the checkout portion of your shopping experience.

Maison Coterie is a Montreal based company, so our website is in Canadian Dollars.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Shopify Pay and Paypal.
